Logging and monitoring
The data of your contacts are
stored in a log.
You always have full
insight into the
agreements. The succession of events is also monitored by the
software. For example,

Selections and mailings
Smart Event Manager allows you
to make selections of your clients to send
mailings. Some examples of selections:
- All business customers who placed a reservation last year .
- All customers that have requested information
but who did not place any reservations.
- All employees in
your organization
- All suppliers
of your organization
You then can
create a letter or
e-mail
mailing in Smart Event
Manager. In this way you
can systematically plan your marketing campaigns.
Import and export of data
Like many other types of data
in the system you can
also import and export contact data to and
from other
systems.
