Checking capacity
The Calendar module offers you a good check of the capacity
available. You'll have quick insight into the availability of
provisions such as rooms, projectors, bicycles, boats, etc. Adjust
your overview according to day, week or month. Conflicting
reservations will become a thing of the past.

Options and reservations queue
The capture of options
is of course possible. Reservations can also be
queued if there are multiple interested parties. This is known as second
or third options. Once the first option is
canceled you will receive a notification that the
servation is queued and you can undertake
the necessary actions.

Chart display
The graph view of the occupation is very useful for
monitoring the capacity. You can see
the used and
available capacity and instantly determine if
you have room for
more reservations.
This feature is
ideal for managing the capacity of activities, bicycles, canoes, seat
availability et cetera.
