Beginners
course (all
day)
This course is
for people who
have no experience with Smart Event
Manager. It
covers the operational functions
of all modules. After attending this
course you can set up a system with all daily operations
like: create relationships, make requests,
booking/quotation, import reservations and change
sales in standard bookings,
lookup reservations, create invoices, etc.
Refresher
course (all
day)
This course is
for people who already work with Smart Event Manager and feel that they do not fully use the system. In this refresher course features that are recently added or updated are also explained . This course is suitable
to optimize the use of the system
within your organization. In
this training, all modules are
discussed as wel as the design possibilities of the
system.
Schedules
course (half
day)
This course is intended for employees that
have to know more about the module
'Schedules'.
It discusses in
detail the design and operational features of this
module. Also, the
web module that
deals with your
employees' possibility to view their own tasks and entering their
availability. After this course you can install and use this module in organization and
use it optimally.
Template
Course (half
day)
This course is
for people who want to know more about letter templates. In this area recently many features
were added allowing your
offers and confirmation letters to be more attractive to look
at. It explains the various
elements, the
(custom) adding
of images and presentation
documents and taking full advantage of explanatory
remarks. After completing
this course, you
can create templates and decorate them.
Customization training
Do you need training on
one or more
specific topics? Then we can develop a
customized training for your organization! Here we can put
together a workout on a copy of your database so that the
training is tailored to your situation.
